#15. Have pride in my house.
Furnish. Paint. Decorate. Spruce up. Finish what was started.
I'm taking a chance and changing my life. Maybe if I write down the rules, it will help me through it.
Do a skincare routine. Use all that stuff I've been stockpiling. Spend time putting on makeup in the morning. Work on the hair. Improve my appearance.
Get an iPod, or whatever. Download music. Burn CDs. I love gadgets - why don't I ever buy any?
All the videotaping, and no DVDs to show for it. Move VCR tapes to DVD. Move digital video to DVD. Just get it all on DVD, ASAP.
I used to do charity work all the time. What happened to that? It felt good - do it again.
I've needed to go to the dentist for the longest time. I should go to the eye doctor as well and get some glasses. Pay attention to my own health.
Why I sit here at my computer all the time, I don't know. It's not that I can't fall asleep when I lay down... but somehow I just don't want to go lay down. Start going to sleep soon after the kids do - instead of fretting about each new day.
Memories are laying all over my house and none of them are in a coherent place. If I put them all together (as I've been meaning to do), maybe I will not dwell in the distant past so much. I should enjoy my recent memories, and actually enjoy making new ones.
Clean out my mind, clean out my house. Throw things away. Put things away. Organize my life.
No more gross frozen entrees. Less Friendly's dinners and less corn dogs. Regularly go to the supermarket and buy groceries (I enjoy doing that anyway!) and actually decide ahead of time what will be for dinner each day. Pack school lunches the night before.
